TAMILNADU ADI-DRAVIDAR HOUSING AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION LIMITED

General :

This Corporation was registered under the Companies Act, 1956 in the year 1974 with the objective of providing house to the Adi-Dravidars.

Schemes

  1. Land Purchase and Development :

    2. Empowerment of Adi-Dravidar by augmenting their land holdings and its productivity.

  2. Entrepreneur Development Programme :

    3. Enabling the Adi-Dravidars to venture into the field of business by setting up Petrol, Diesel and Gas Retailers with 30% subsidy subject to Rs.2.25 lakhs.

  3. Entrepreneur Development Programme :

    4. Extending financial assistance to new unemployed entrepreneur 18-65 years for setting up business.

  4. Self Employment Programme for Youth :

    5. Extending financial assistance to educated unemployed 18-45 years old youths for setting up the business.

  5. Fast Track Power Supply :

    6. Rs.75000/- is given to Adi-Dravidar farmers holding well/ Borewell, for getting free power supply.

  6. RF for SHG :

    7. Rs.25000/- is given as one time grant for promoting micro enterprises to SHGs.

  7. EA to SHG :

    8. Arranging credit for Adi-Dravida women SHG with reasonable interest rate for taking up income generating economic activities up to Rs.2.50 lakhs or 50% of the project cost.

  8. Skill Development Training :

    9. Training on Retail Management, Tally, Computer Hardware Assistant and Apparel, welder, Domestic Electrician etc are given to target groups enabling and ensuring employment.

  9. Collector’s Discretionary Fund :

    10. Rs.20000/- is given to Adi-Dravidars who require financial assistance Destitute widows. disabled, Unmarried women (Spinsters) above 40 years, Divorced women above 40 years are the target groups.

  10. Managinig Director / TAHDCO Chairman Discretionary Fund :

    11. Financial Assistance is given under Managinig Director / TAHDCO Chairman Discretionary Fund to the applications received from the Destitute widows. disabled, Unmarried women (Spinsters) above 40 years, Divorced women above 40 years.
