Draft Guideline Value Prepared for Revenue Villages.

In accordance with Rule 4(2) of the Tamil Nadu Stamp (Constitution of Valuation Committee for Estimation, Publication and Revision of Market Value Guidelines of Properties) Rules, 2010, and based on the guidance and instructions issued by the Inspector General of Registration, Chennai, vide Letter No. 29590/L2/2026, dated 18.07.2026, a Draft Guideline Value has been prepared for the revenue villages in Dindigul District to rectify discrepancies in the existing guideline values. The draft guideline value has been placed at important Government offices in Dindigul District, including the Tahsildar Offices and Sub-Registrar Offices, for public inspection. [PDF  75KB]
