All workers with voting rights, including daily-wage, temporary, and contract employees working in factories, construction companies, and public sector organizations in the Dindigul and Theni districts, who are from the states of Kerala, Assam, and the Union Territory of Puducherry, should be granted paid leave under Section 135B of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, so that they can go to their respective constituencies and cast their vote on the election day, 09.04.2026.
