Special Camps to Enroll Eligible Young and First-Time Voters in Electoral Rolls.

As per the instructions issued by Election Commission of India, Dated:29.09.2026, it has been directed that in States/UTs where Special Intensive Revision has already been completed, a Special Drive shall be undertaken by the District Election Officers and Electoral Registration Officers for the enrollment of left out and Young /First time eligible electors under the process of continuous updation. It has also been instructed that Declaration Form attached with Form -6 will be used during SIR phase only and for Non-SIR period, the Forms applicable as per the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960 will be used.
