Subsidized Drip and Sprinkler Irrigation Systems to be Provided for Farmers.

In Dindigul District, horticultural crops are being cultivated over an area of approximately one lakh hectares. To help farmers achieve higher yields with reduced water usage, the Department of Horticulture is implementing the Micro Irrigation Scheme during the current financial year, covering an area of 3,000 hectares.
