Special District Revenue Officer Appointed to Verify Blocked and Zero-Valuation Land Records.

As per Government Order (Ms.) No. 119, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, SS-1(2) Section, dated 02.02.2026, certain lands classified as “Blocked” during the computerisation of revenue records, as well as lands assigned a “Zero” valuation by the Registration Department, are currently unable to be registered. Therefore, to verify these records, the Government has appointed a Special District Revenue Officer (Verification of Records), with headquarters at Tiruchirappalli. The officer will take necessary action regarding the obstructions in Tiruchirappalli, Karur, Dindigul and Pudukkottai districts. [PDF 60KB]
